We have the greatest understanding for the concerns of student projects, but we want to avoid our guests having to struggle to find space on the tables. In the course of a semester, especially at the start of the semester, we receive a large number of requests to display advertising flyers, promotional materials etc. from departments, church university communities, student projects etc. on the tables in our catering facilities. This demand is now so high that we have decided to discontinue this for the benefit of our guests. In exceptional cases, we allow flyers to be displayed in our display systems with prior approval. We also no longer consider advertising flyers to be a contemporary and sustainable information tool.

Alternatively, we offer you the option of displaying an application on our monitors in front of the canteens or on the tablets at the checkouts. For this we need a template in 16/9 landscape format (canteen monitors) or in 1920 x 1200 px portrait format as a PDF or jpg file, it can also be a PowerPoint slide. Please send these to prsm(at)swffm.de, we always update our monitors on Fridays.

In case of contravention, the Studierendenwerk Frankfurt am Main will charge the respective organizers for cleaning costs.
