The word "HOAGASCHT" comes from the Middle High German "Heimgarten" and refers to the garden in front of the house. This was and is a place for social gatherings and offers space for strangers to become friends through exchange. Just like the garden in front of the house, the cafeteria is intended to be a meeting city and a communication space for the students.
Our cafeteria "Hoagascht" works like a food court with four different points of sale. If you crave crispy salads and flavourful soups „Allerleigrün & Farbe“ is where you will be served best. Next to this the „Grill-Meister“ is where grilled noodles and rice dishes are made freshly in front of our guests. „Gut & Gewürzt“ offers delicious dishes that are inspired from the orient and India and labelled „Kaffeewirtschaft“ is where we offer coffee specialities, drinks, cakes as well as savoury hot and cold snacks.
We have also been able to win over abeentoo as a supplier for our organic tempeh.

Attention breakfast lovers! At Hoagascht we offer a breakfast daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 am to kick start your day. Our menu alternates between American Pancakes, Okonomiyaki mit Gemüse, Manakish Zatar mit Feta, Breakfast Burritos und French Toast. Yummy!
